cygwin1.dll is the Cygwin (http://www.cygwin.com/) 1.1.8-2 DLL, required for operation of Cygwin ported binaries.
cygz.dll is the zlib Cygnus dll.
openssh-2.5.2p2-3.tar.gz is OpenSSH ported to win32 with Cygwin (requires cygwin1.dll and cygz.dll.)
