Changes to Wikit Revision History between r5 and r6

Small patch to enable revision history to be stored in the Wikit TKD file [http://www.rkeene.org/projects/info/resources/projects/wikit/revisions/wikit-revisions-2rsk.diff].
This has only been tested with the CGI interface.

I also created another small patch [http://www.rkeene.org/projects/info/resources/projects/wikit/style/wikit-style-4rsk.diff] that allows you to use a style-sheet, and the CGI without a wrapper CGI. Just name the style sheet "wikit.css" and put it in the same directory as the CGI.

This patch is probably used in conjunction with the BetterCSS patch [http://www.rkeene.org/projects/info/resources/projects/wikit/style/wikit-bettercss-4rsk.diff] to give more control over various elements.
