Changes to KitCreator between r1 and r2

If you just want to use Tcl on your platform, it is recommended that you use a [http://www.equi4.com/tclkit/download.html | pre-existing Tclkit].
Theoretically, it will work for cross-compiling Tclkits if you bootstrap a local Tclkit first. This is not well tested.
