Changes to Patches Against Wikit between r2 and r3

Since I have started using [Wikit] I have made a few changes to how it functions:

   * [Wikit Stylesheet Patches]
   * [Wikit Formatting Patches]

Note that these patches are against the [Wikit] found at http://www.equi4.com/starkit/wikit.html , which is apparently not the latest version.
