Changes to Citrix XenServer is Trash between r0 and r1

Problems:
   * Poor Linux distribution
   * Poor disk support
   * Doesn't support accessing specifying a local disk image
   * Doesn't support specifying a local disk image
   ** Can't use a raw disk image, must be a VHD
   ** Conversion from raw disk image to VHD loses sparseness and causes XenServer to crash

This could all be avoided by using Xen with any non-crappy Linux distribution.
